Kristin is a Wedding Planner based out of Waco Texas. Kristin is known for going above and beyond for her clients. Kristin has a background in teaching and it shows through her work through her skills & service that she provides for her clients. She certainly has that serving heart and so when she trusted me with this project, I was super honored!
Our goal with KPT Events was to create a new elevated brand that gives current clients and potential clients a sense of comfort knowing that they are getting a premium, knowledgable, and high end experience with a trusted planner who is sure to have their best interest in mind. We wanted to create a brand that is elevated but not unattainable. Our intent is to make luxury accessible and empower people to know that they can have the wedding of their dreams. We also wanted to bring a bit more personality into Kristins brand and showcase the core of the brand.

Kristin went for our Royal Reset Experience that comes with a from scratch brand & website design as well as a full backend systems & operations package plus a few add ons!
In addition to the fully custom brand & website design she added hand drawn illustrations & gifs, additional Instagram templates, and custom portfolio vs educational blog designs!

For the business systems & automations Kristin opted for a full done for you Dubsado setup, a full clickup setup consisting of a full project workflow setup & marketing system, and set up an email list platform on mailerlite!
Oh and in additional to the normal dubsado setup, she added a public rental proposal full of her full inventory that she can quickly send to clients for them to pick & pay for their rentals with ease!

Our standard done for you dubsado package comes with custom coded or non coded proposals, entire workflow & automations for up to 3 signature services, custom questionnaires, a canva pricing guide, and so much more.
For Kristen we added on a custom rentals proposal so that she can quickly and easily send this proposal to her clients and they can easily browse through each item in her inventory, add the number of each item they want, submit the proposal and pay the invoice. This is perfect for Kristin to have a central location of reference to see which rental items her clients are wanting & helps automate the process saving her hours of admin work.
This was such a cool custom dubsado solution because it eliminated the need for additional softwares and instead keeps everything in one place that she’s familiar with!
If you have ever planned a wedding yourself, or you are also a wedding planner you know that there are tons of action items, checklists, meetings, ect that are involved in making a special day happen! That is why it was important for us to move things from a super chaotic google calendar with tasks, meetings, and personal items to a more contained environment. That is why we built out a custom Clickup build for wedding planning management! We built 3 different templates to keep track of the tasks, meetings, and host presentations for each KPT Event Planning wedding!
The last thing we set up inside of custom was a custom content marketing space. This contains a workflow for instagram, blogs, portfolio, and a newsletter. Having a content marketing setup ready and available is a great way to streamline & systemize your content creation. It also includes a blogging template & your social media content pillars.
